- Ingredients-
- Chicken stock 6 cups
- Chicken breast (chopped) 1
- Salt ½ tsp + ½ tsp
- White pepper ¼ tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- sauce 1 tbsp
- Cabbage (finely chopped) 1/2 cup
- Carrot (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Mushroom (sliced) 2 tbsp
- Spring onion leaves 1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
Cooking-
first heat stock then add chicken & cook until chicken tender. now add carrot,
cabbage, mushroom, salt, black paper, then add souses & cook for 15 minits , then mix
coneflower 1/4 of cup of water & mix wel. last add spring onion & coriander leaves to
garnish & serve hot.
