- Cauliflower 1 cup
- Capsicum 2
- Potatoes 2
- French beans 1 cup
- Carrots 2
- Tomatoes 4 (blended)
- Brown onion ½ cup
- Red chilies whole 4
- Orange color 1/4 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- For Kola Pori Masala
- Onion 1 medium
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Coconut 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
- Cloves 4
- Cinnamon 1
- Cardamom 2
- Dry red chilies 4
- Coriander leaves 1 cup
- Cut all the vegetables in big pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry all vegetables. Remove vegetables in a plate.
- Grind all the ingredients under kola pori masala except coriander leaves.
- In same oil, add the kola purii paste, tomato puree, and fry well, now add fried vegetables, and leave it on dam till tender.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve with puri
