  • Cauliflower 1 cup
  • Capsicum 2
  • Potatoes 2
  • French beans 1 cup
  • Carrots 2
  • Tomatoes 4 (blended)
  • Brown onion ½ cup
  • Red chilies whole 4
  • Orange color 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • For Kola Pori Masala
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Coconut 1 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds ¼ tsp
  • Cloves 4
  • Cinnamon 1
  • Cardamom 2
  • Dry red chilies 4
  • Coriander leaves 1 cup
  1. Cut all the vegetables in big pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry all vegetables. Remove vegetables in a plate.
  3. Grind all the ingredients under kola pori masala except coriander leaves.
  4. In same oil, add the kola purii paste, tomato puree, and fry well, now add fried vegetables, and leave it on dam till tender.
  5. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve with puri
